The outlook from the front is to the highest point in Warwickshire - Larkstoke hill - which is less than a mile away. On a clear day, the panoramic view from the top of the hill is breathtaking, and is well worth investigating. The rear overlooks rolling agricultural land.
We are within a short drive (or a walk, if you feel really energetic!) of a number of small villages, and are within easy reach of Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick and are nestled on the edge of the Cotswolds.
The self-contained accommodation has been finished to a very high standard, and is luxuriously appointed throughout. It comprises a large kitchen/diner, comfortable lounge, utility, first floor bathroom and two bedrooms - one double, one twin. The kitchen is fully equipped, heating and hot water are provided by an oil-fired central heating system.
